These vehicles and tanks were trying to escape from Kuwait city and were caught by aircraft and American armor. Before you feel too sorry for them, They stated this war, They destroyed kuwait city: they killed over 10,000 Kuwaitis and these do not count the 10,000 taken away and never found after the war. PS - for those of you thinking it was about oil. You are right in part it was, for if the oil of the Persian/Arabian Gulf had been cut off the world would have gone into the worst recession since 1929 and lots of people in all countries would have died from cold and starvation. Oh! for all of the pompous asses out there who are about to say see I told you so. If you are or have been using any transportation and not walking or riding a horse. Shut up, you are a bigger jackass than any of us.
