Shortly after 3:00pm yesterday afternoon, the FirstMerit Bank, located at 1060 Kenmore Boulevard, was robbed. Employees reported the suspect entered the bank and spoke with an employee until other customers left the bank. The suspect then stated he had a gun and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot with an unreported amount of cash. No gun was seen. The suspect was last seen getting into a green, Chrysler Sebring convertible with a tan/brown top. The suspect is a white male, 27 – 33 years old, 5’10” – 6’0, thin, with an acne marked face. He was wearing sunglasses, a black baseball hat with a logo on the front, a gray t-shirt turned inside out over a long sleeve green shirt and black faded jeans.
