Shortly after gay marriage becomes legal again in my home state, conservative icon judge Richard Posner (and Fox News!) pile arguments against Voter ID laws. Maybe there is hope for the United States, and Wisconsin, after all. One of my favorites: “As there is no evidence voter impersonation fraud is a problem, how can the fact a legislature says it’s a problem turn it into one?
