Many thanks to the Business Cambodia Magazine, Article 13 on September 2014 put the 10 Real Estate Companies, may be the Top Ten Professional Real Estate Companies in Cambodia and putting Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd at #1!!! Many thanks again to the Business Cambodia Magazine for putting Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd at #1, though, we are not #1 yet but it is our Dream to be the #1! We may not have anything special to compare with other very big and very good 9 Real Estate Companies in Cambodia but we may be better than them in the term of Social Contribution as 10% to 20% of our Net Profit will be shared to 3 of our Social Projects such as Khmer Real Estate Cup (Football Event), Khmer Real Estate Scholarship and Khmer Real Estate Fund. The Khmer Real Estate Cup has been doing very well since 2012 and the fund of $5000 to $8000 has been spent each year, where the Khmer Real Estate Scholarship just starts this year and there are 5 University Students are benefiting from this Project, though, the Khmer Real Estate Fund works slower than the expectation because most of the Business Plans do not meet my Interest and Requirement, so keep waiting for the Right People coming for the Fund from $3000 to $5000 each plan.
