Right now, I am working as a contractor for a different client than the one for which my H-1 was filed with. My H-1 B was filed stating as an in-house project with my employer. I need to travel to India in Jan, 2015. 1. Do you think I need to file for H-1 amendment as I changed my client, I am concerned about any issues during the port of entry to the USA. Please advice me if H-1 B amendment is required for my case. 2. Would there be any issues related to change in end client at the port of entry.
