Should the needy say thank you for the miserable once-only compensation that would be issued to some people on a bonus basis? After all, it would have been already collected back in advance from the announced increases on licences and insurances from every registered car. These increases are, in total contrast, permanent ones that would have to be paid recurrently, year after year. Quite in contrast to the miserable one-time-only compensation for the announced ever increasing taxes. This PL government has a habit of donating a small amount with one hand but then takes much more from you with the other hand!
