Should you wish to incorporate any Brazilian Company and expatriate a foreign officer such as the legal representative of this company in Brazil, the Brazilian Ministry of Labor establishes the minimum investment of R$ 600.000,00 per officer, in order to issue its favorable opinion for a permanent visa. It is also considered by the Ministry the investment of only R$ 150.000,00, per director, should this company commits to create at least 10 new jobs during two years, after its incorporation.
