Shoulder workout: 45 seconds rest between sets unless stated differently. - 7 sets of 12 dumbbell lateral raise. 20 seconds rest between sets. - 5 sets of 10 seated dumbbell press. Last set being a triple drop set. - 4 sets of 10 single arm upright dumbbell rows. - 5 tri sets of the lateral raise variation on the cable machine shown in my recent video: Do I Take Steroids. Go one rep before failure on each set apart from last where you go to failure. - 5 sets of 10 standing rear delt flies using cable machine. - 3 sets of 12 upright rows narrow grip on cable machine. - 3 sets of 12 upright rows wide grip on cable machine. - 4 sets of 10 seated military press. - 6 sets of 12 rear delt flies on the pec deck. - 7 sets of 12 dumbbell lateral raise. 20 seconds rest between sets. - 5 sets of 8 barbell shrugs. - 4 sets of 15 dumbbell shrugs.
