Shoulders and upper body have always been a major struggle for me. The procedures Ive had on my heart have left me with quite a bit of scar tissue in my chest and shoulder region that hurts, plus my implanted cardiac defibrillator causes me irritation because of how lean I am. I want this though.... not for a trophy or a procard, but because I want my body back and I refuse to let my diagnosis limit me!!!!
