Shouldnt one of the teaching requirements to be a university professor be you need to know fluent English? Im all for equality n shit but if no one can understand your English, teaching is not for you. Even if you do know English fluently and have such a heavy accent that no one can understand it makes the class harder for no reason, it shouldnt be allowed either. Seriously, I have had too many profs like that lately.
