Shout out this morning to Ms. Kaylee Jones. She graduates this morning from Ashford College and I could not be more honored to call her my niece and more proud of her for all her accomplishments. Kaylee is a prime example of what hard work and dedication stands for when it comes to education. I wont be in attendance today but I most certainly will this spring when she goes back to walk with her class. I love you Kaylee Jones and you just simply make me smile when I think of you standing in front of a class room full of kiddos teaching them and preparing them for their futures. Whichever school district you decide to start your career they will be in for such a treat having you teaching the children. I must share a quick funny now. I have a terrible grammar habit ( actually I have many!!!) when it comes to using the word set instead of sit and one day Kaylee very kindly and sincerely pointed out to her Aunt Lou that I often use the wrong meaning when Im setting pondering she said Aunt Lou you dont SET and ponder you SIT and ponder. So needless to say I try and remember this every time I type on here ( she could probably point out many other grammar errors but she doesnt that I make like daily lol). Either way I love you KK and just want you to know how very proud you have made the Powers family today for you are our first college graduate. Make sure Judy Jones snaps lots of pictures.
