Shout to Attorney General Eric Holder for ending Mandatory Minimum sentencing for minor drug offenses... Mass incarceration has virtually destroyed and horribly stunted the growth of the social structure of 2 generations of families and lives primarily in the Black and Hispanic community. The Drug "War" is and always was a farce and thru which the prison industrial complex has been fed ad nauseum for for over 30 years... The bullshit MUST end and God willing this is a step in the right direction. Bravo.
