Showed this Green Valley, former model home today. Its a beautiful home on a huge corner lot & beautiful lrg black pebble tech pool. Inside: granite counters, cherry wood cabinets, upgraded tile & wood floors, rod iron & cherry wood banister. Master bedroom is a dream, large size & deck overlooking the backyard & LV strip. Spa like master bath - natural stone & glass shower granite counters, & a jacuzzi tub. It wasnt quite large enough for my client. Would love to show again if anyone is interested ;) 702-249-4856
