Shri Rajnath Singhji, HM. SUB : INCOMPETENT BS BASSI CP DELHI . For any public utility organisation HEAD , listening to each & every complaint or suggestion whether right or wrong is prerequisite to good Governance . But CP Delhi is immune to public grievances which is the cause behind rampant ever increasing crimes in Delhi . It does not matter to him whether the person concerned is poor or rich . The proof is given here under . There is a poor maid with five children to look after . Her drunkard husband disappeared from home 12 yrs ago . She went to Nihal Vihar ND-41 PS with a written FRI (Copy attached)for registration on 20th Nov14 . SHO refused to accept her FRI . Since 20th Nov14 , She is regularly writing to CP Delhi Mr BS Bassi about her plight seeking help from him for registration of FRI but her request falls on deaf & dumb ears of CP. She has written about dozen times but Mr Bassi has no time to act on her under given complaint . Since boss has this attitude , subordinates too adopted BOOSs culture . Commissioner Police , DELHI . SUB : REFUSAL OF NIHAL VIHAR PS ND-41 TO LODGE FRI FOR MY MISSING HUSBAND Sir , My husband named KISHOR DUTT SHARMA has left home on 10th Oct 2002 without informing me . He has not returned back home since then . I made every possible effort to trace him but could not find him anywhere . I am living lone in Nihal Vihar with FIVE CHILDREN . I find it difficult to run my house with my maid’s work unless Govt. lends me economic support. I understand that Govt as launched some schemes for the benefit of single women I waited for my husband for 12 years with eager eyes but failed to trace him . I am apprehensive of his being alive after 12 yrs because of long time of his missing from home . In view of above , I am constrained to lodge this FRI for missing person . I approached Nihal Vihar PS ND-41 with a written FRI on 20th Nov 14, but the Munshi at the desk refused to take my FRI . A copy of my FRI is attached for your perusal . I am left with no alternative except to approach you for help . Kindly get my FRI registered and help trace him and issue me a missing report to enable me to claim benefits of Single Women Govt. benefits schemes which is necessary for applying for such benefit .
