Shy of causing death or serious bodily injury, pretty much anyones worst case DUI scenario involves rear-ending a marked police unit which is peacefully idling at a red light. According to the surveillance video which captured the whole incident, as well as Alex Massir, the owner of Angelas II Pizzeria who also observed the incident and who is seen on video running out of his restaurant to help the injured police officer: She (the driver of the red minivan) was pretty drunk so obviously shes been doing this for a long while so I guess it was meant to be, she hit a cop car and this was the end of that. Memo to the unnamed driver of the red minivan: I know nothing about you, not even your name, but if Alex, whom I suspect knows a thing or two about booze consumption, says that you were pretty out of it then I hope that injuring a cop will be motivation enough for you to stop drinking (or at least drink driving). Regardless, I will offer one piece of advise, whatever you (or anyone else does) dont drive around with beer inside of your car (unless its sealed, in its packaging and you are en route from the grocery store).
