Is Californias southern border secure? Of course not. Is Obamas unconstitutional Amnesty EO being implemented in California? Of course it is. Has the California Legislature revitalized their constitutional well regulated State Militia, that was repugnantly disbanded by federal and state statutes a century ago? Of course not. Unrefuted proof, that Unorganized Militia of the 1916 National Defense Act is an unconstitutional, bogus oxymoron, has been published dozens of times and has never been legitimately rebutted. Art I Sec 8 Clause 16 mandates: To provide for organizing, arming and disciplining, the Militia . .. Nowhere in any Constitution does it mandate unorganizing the Militia. Whos kidding who, with this bogus propaganda falsely claiming that something exists that doesnt exist, and that obviously distracts from the urgent necessity to revitalize the constitutionally mandated Militia of the several States?
