What you have to do To find the brightest engineering students, we have devised a competition that gives you the opportunity to show what you can do within electronics, mechanics and SW development. You and your teammates (2-4 per team) have 2 weeks to find a solution to a real-life R&D problem that Oticon’s engineers have come up with. We will mail you a problem formulation on day 1 of the competition, and there are a variety of ways of presenting your solution e.g. report, slideshow, small applications, CAD drawings, mock-ups etc. – only imagination and ambition will set your limits. All submitted solutions will be assessed by our team of R&D engineers at Oticon, and the best teams will receive VIP tickets to Roskilde Festival. Team members in the winning teams – 1st prize winners – will also get a 1-hour career and job application coaching session from one of our top recruitment specialists. Improvement of sound quality at Roskilde As a participant in Oticon’s Roskilde team, you will carry a small sound level meter and GPS tracker in order to collect data that will improve the acoustic environment at Roskilde Festival. The email must include name of the team, all team members’ names, university name, their area of study and semester, email addresses and telephone numbers of each team member. You will then receive an email with further information about the competition. The completion begins 23. of April at 10.00 a.m. and ends 07. of May at 12. p.m.
