Silence of CPI and CPM: The CPM and CPI are in a deadly silent mood over the confusion in fielding candidate for the sixth seat in Rajya Sabha. If the CPI fail to field a candidate, the ADMK will win all the five seats it is contesting and it need not workout 7 votes for winning the Fifth seat. And the DMK also need not depend on the support of either the DMDK or the Congress to win the sixth seat- as there will be no election if six candidates are in fray for the six seats. Only the seventh candidate from CPI enters the fray, the election will be held on 27th June 2013. Otherwise, all the six (five of ADMK and one of DMK) will get selected unopposed. This is why CPI and CPM are silent?
