Silent Retreat to be held in March. The Spirituality Mission Group is sponsoring a silent retreat at Sabbath House the weekend of March 28 to 30. This will be our sixth year at the Sabbath House. The cost will be $184, which includes two nights lodging (double occupancy, twin beds) and meals Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Those of us who have attended can confirm that the meals are a real treat, and the setting is conducive for a contemplative time in community. The format of the retreat is that people arrive on Friday afternoon or early evening, and we eat supper together around 7:00 or so. We have a gathering time, at the conclusion of which we enter into the silence. We break the silence during worship on Sunday morning.
