Silently flexing muscles within that gave the strength to do nothing, to say nothing, leaving her opponent to fight alone, she waited...waited for the war to be over realizing this was but one battle, one that was worthy of missing, reserving her ability to go toe to toe for another time... another battle of greater import. Praying within, she lifted her eyes heavenward toward her certain defense, awaiting her marching orders. Upon receiving none, she rested in the knowledge that abiding on the fortress of the secret place was defense enough to overcome the most fearsome foe. So having done all, she chose simply to stand. Choose your battles. Always seek higher ground.
