Simon Cowell, Lauren Silverman and baby Eric hit the beach! However, no sign of Simon changing a nappy JUST yet He’s barely a week old but already he’s hitting the beach! Yep, baby Eric Cowell spent the weekend at the beach with his Mummy, Lauren Silverman and his Daddy (anyone still find that weird?) Simon Cowell. And it seemed that new new family had a lovely relaxing time together, walking along the beach before perching themselves under an umbrella (put up be their assistants, obvs). Still no sign of Cowell changing a nappy, however. Lauren looked quite the doting Ma as she fed her baby a bottle on a sun lounger. The family are enjoying a break in Miami before Simon has to jet back into London for the next leg of the Britain’s Got Talent auditions. And we reckon Simon will be gutted to leave his newborn baby after he has said just how much he is loving fatherhood. Around the time of Eric’s birth Simon tweeted: ‘The last three days have been incredible.’ Naw. It’s even believed he is keen to pop the question to Lauren and marry her! We can’t believe it but we really think this could be Simon Cowell turning into quite the family man! Who would have ever guessed? Not us!
