Simon practicing his first linked kipping TTB. Its all about getting back into superman, and not allowing body to tip backwards when reaching for the bar in dish. A good drill is to master kipping knees to chest first, then master kipping knees to elbows. Then practice to flick the feet up and voila - you got toes to bar. Dont forget to ALWAYS return to superman, I.e. bring legs behind the body at the bottom, NOT let them fall straight down.
