Simple but good enchilada sauce Recipe ¼ cup flour ¼ cup vegetable oil Gephardt’s Chili powder 1 to 1.5 ounces (Only use Gephardt it is the best) 3-4 Tablespoons Garlic powder 2 tablespoons Comino 1 teaspoon 1 Small can hunts tomato sauce 2 Cans chicken broth Heat oil and throw in the flower. You have to brown the flower make sure you don’t burn it or you have to start over. Add chili powder, garlic powder and brown a bit longer it will look like a paste(Make sure you don’t burn this or you have to start over). Add comino, tomato sauce and slowly add in chicken broth. You have to make sure you completely combine the broth until it becomes a liquid. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once liquid boils the sauce should be ready.
