Simple coffee refrigerator pudding 2 tsp. gelatin 2 tbsp. water 1 cup hot water 1 tbsp. coffee ¼ cup sugar ¼ tsp. salt 1½-2 cups whipped cream ½ cup chocolate biscuit crumbs ¼ cup chopped nuts Soak gelatin with water. Prepare coffee with hot water and sugar. Add gelatin and salt. Keep this mixture in the fridge until cool and it partially sets. Fold in the whipped cream to the coffee mixture gently. Mix the biscuit crumbs and nuts. Take individual glasses or bowl and layer the coffee cream and biscuit mixture. Cover and keep it in the fridge for few hours. Serve it chill.
