Simple facts, keep improving your spoken english and vocabulary part, develop confidence in yourself, be cheerful and lovable by all, help others, go for morning run to keep fit, interact with people, participate in team events and game, give time to your hobbies, sharpen you GK and read English dailies daily. Form an opinion which is officer like on all the issues and current affairs, keep lecture topic ready and learned by heart, learn to speak with authority, confidence and with adequate pauses to ensure maximum impact. Do not loose your personality and gravity of way you speak in the heat of discussion, or by nervousness. During ground tasks enjoy it with a smile. Just ignore the GTO and sincerely do your bit using you heads and not your hands and legs. Listen to the instructions very carefully and do exactly what is being told. e.g. Gto may explain the obstacles and the sequence by which he wants you to do the obstacles, he may point out specific instruction for a particular obstacle like leave the rope when you reach the white flag, or leave the rope and jump after you have held on to rope etc. Do exactly as you were told. These are the few very finer aspects. WAT, TAT is just a psychological test, best preparation is a good nights sleep, a cool and relaxed mind and ensure you keep the mindset positives and similar reaction to similar questions. The best way to do is to be honest to the core and be real honest and realistic. Please do no fake. It will lead you no where. Last but not the least please do not try to confuse and litter your mind with what matter and what does not matter, what you must try to project to ssb board etc. Just be cool and calm and be yourself. You have known about the procedure so let the board do their job and you do your job. Enjoy it cheerfully..........selected or rejected is not in your hands any which way. Isnt it ?
