Simply MOVE TO THE RIGHT when it is safe to do so. DO NOT STOP on the freeway for us if we are approaching you with lights on. On the freeway, just move to the right lane and slow down. Make it like boating, in that you should make your intention clearly known with action or a turn signal. If we know you see us and know you are moving over or arent going to turn into us, we can move our attention onto the road ahead... Oh yeah...if we are below the speed limit with lights activated on the highway, we are probably looking for a problem that was called in and are not sure of the location of the incident and are looking for it. Please dont pass us. And for Gods sake, if there is a crash on any road, SLOW DOWN while passing us. Wed like to get back to eating delicious food and playing cards and not get run over, thank you very much. So many times we see people who have not yielded to the emergency vehicle talking on their cell phones, texting, or with ear buds on. Pay attention. You are driving.
