Since 2009, Hike For Heroes Teams have been hiking across America helping military families. Now in 2014, the Hike for Heroes is raising awareness and donations to support a Military family retreat in Shepherdsville, KY with the charity Active Heroes. Donate at: HikeforHeroes.org The Military Family Retreat will be help to reduce veteran suicide by offering a healing place to relax with additional program including education, skill development and job opportunity partners have been infused into the retreats design to offer a wide range of support that will accommodate many different types of Military families.
