Since Ellas diagnosis, many special days and events have come and gone without much notice. In the midst of unpacking and repacking this weekend, today almost slipped by unnoticed. Today is Corey and my (Amber) 12th anniversary. Normally I would post this on my personal page, but as I have no gift to give my husband, I can publicly announce to Ellas 1000+ followers how much I love the man God has so graciously allowed me to call husband. Tomorrow we will be back to Ella news, I promise. As I sit here, I cant help but think of how my love has changed and grown over the years. The tough guy I fell in love with softened as God gave us three little girls to love him. As I see how he loves and cares for our girls, I love him even more for his sensitive side. As life has given us difficult challenges, I love him for the way he has taken care of us all. I love him for the everyday things he does to take care of all three of our girls. On our anniversary he cleaned up the vomit on the kitchen floor, while I cleaned up Ella. He helped Erin and Emily pack while I took care of Ella. He did the dishes while I gave El a bath. Nothing romantic, but everything Corey did today showed he loves me and our girls. Happy Anniversary Corey Enderby! I hope someday our girls will have a husband as wonderful as you!
