Since I moved back Ive never been so happy. The missing feeling will be something to carry with me forever. But life goes on and it shows me how good it is to be home again and for good. I see love everywhere. I saw two little girls running and one of them couldnt keep it up, so the other one held her hand and they kept running together. My mom went for a walk with my dad and they came back with a flower they picked up from the garden and gave it to me. My dad got his ankle twisted and he was standing by my side watching the soccer game and I painted his toes with red nail polish and he took forever to notice it. My grandma got closer and said: Can I tell you something? Today is my 65th wedding anniversary. With sparkly eyes she still loves and cultivates this love, even though my grandpa passed away 18 years ago. These simple but so meaningful moments are priceless. Im so glad I learned to prize them as everyone else should. Let there be love. Much love.
