César Bengzon - former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and first Filipino Justice of the International Court of Justice. Gregorio C. Brillantes - A multi-awarded fiction-writer. Jing Abalos - A 60s Philippine actor. Onofre Corpuz - former President of the University of the Philippines and Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports (Now DepEd). Gen. Paulino Santos - Founder of Penal Colonies and Chief of Staff of The Philippine Army. General Santos City was named after him. Carlos Romulo Kipping, Jr. - A General Surgeon by profession and former Governor of Tarlac Province during the Cory Aquino Regime. Former member of the Medical Board of Examiners PRC. Julian Carpio - Colonial lawyer, teacher and member of La Liga Filipina, he later served as legal advisor to the Katipunan. Hes the first representative delegate of Tarlac within the Malolos Congress of 1898.
