Since I was sick I got to go to urgent care earlier and while there I had to weigh in. Which was an all time high. I have not had an accountability partner for awhile, so I am using you my Facebook friends to hold me accountable. With the discussion of family pictures I am putting this out there. I am at 232 lbs and in those 6 months I want to be down to 210. I plan to post once every 2 weeks stating my weight. I will throw a disclaimer out there, my weights fluctuates regularly, but I will try to do my weigh in at the same time of the day and week. For the rest of you out there, good luck with your resolutions or changes that you want to make whether they be physical, mental, financial, or spiritual. I would suggest this, they are all interwoven so make life changes not restrictions. Live life, engage in God and people more, and be intentional, purposeful, and influential in all that you do. You cant go wrong with that!
