Since I went into the hospital on Nov. 15th I have not smoked a single cigarette. So far my motivation has been remembering the amount of pain that I was in. I think that the memory is fading. I had terrible cravings today and you wouldnt think I would have being that all of the nicotine has got to be out of my body by now. I didnt give in to the craving and I know that I wont but man....what a powerful hold smoking has on a person. Bad stuff....bad bad bad bad bad stuff!!! I blame the cigarettes and the motrin for the ulcer...oh...and not to mention some stress.
