Since an appeal court discharged and acquitted Major Hamza Al mustapha for not being involved in d conspiracy and murder of Kudirat and co,does it mean dat he has been illegally detained for well over 10 years,tortured, harrassed and subsequently sentenced to death?Does it still mean dat there was no evidence tendered bf d judge dat necessitated his being sentenced to death? Then d judge dat gave d earler judgement should be prosecuted and who ever dat initiated dis proceedings against him should be made to pay heavily as compensation.SINCE we hv decided to continue calling a spade a hoe, a digger a shovel, we will continue to rape d rule of law thereby enthrusting our fate and justice into d hands of d people that call d shots of d day.ANOTHER SQUARE PEG IN THE SAME ROUND HOLE.Nigeria once again, we truely hail thee.
