Since childhood Ive been wondering, pondering why medical professionals profer injections at the buttocks than other regions. Well, doctors opine that naturally, human anatomy allocated more veins there and thus, the probability of the needle landing on the appropriate vein is highest on the buttocks. But medical expertise demands the ability to conduct an injection through other parts of the body as well, such as the shoulder, laps, excetera; yet amidst these variables and despite an indifference of most patients to this preference, a large proportion of doctors still insist on the bare buttocks. I suspect a romantic motive...
