Since completing the TP100 in May, have been plagued with niggles/injuries.... All very dull!!! Am seeing a physio and she thinks my various pains are caused by muscle imbalances and instability rather than something structural. Still trying to get to the bottom of whats going on as it would be really nice to have a pain free run but im interested in what strength/stability/core work people do to complement their running..........
