Since i got more ttha one request here it is.....pkg mannicotti noodles 14 per pk..pd sweet italian sausage...baby spinach...at least 16 oz ricotta cheese...2 jars bertolli or your own alfredo 2 plk mozzarella cheese or shred your own ...boil water lg pot rapid boil i always put some virgin olive oil in water your choice...br sausage..put ricotta 2 eggs ..spices salt pepper garlic powder or fresh chopped fine season salt ..chop spinach fine mix all in lge bowl with about half bag mozzarella mix well i always tell my grandkids spinach is the green stuff on baked potatoes....now only cook noodles 8 mins ....rinse slightly in collinder....put thn layer of sauce to coat pan... take noodle slice down the middle stuff with mixture dont hold back on stufffing...line long ways in pan they will hold eachother up...pour some mozzarella down each one then just sprinkle remainder around...pour white sauce one line across each row bake till cheese hot and bubbly ....use the remaining spinach for salad use parm and romano to taste and of course garlic bread....all done oh i forgot 2 shakes of nutmeg in ricotta mixture before stuffing shells
