Since it is Indian Wedding Fair week, some tips on selecting your Wedding Photography Vendor: 1) Check for consistency of style. Dont just check portfolio but also check full wedding images and full wedding album. 2) Check packages/collection in detail. Clarify on the quality of items offered. Packages from two different vendors may look the same but the prices can be vastly different. Check why. This could be due to differences in technical or artistic quality of the actual images and also of the albums/prints offered. 3) Does the photographer have high quality equipment, backup equipment and also a backup photographer of equal experience in case of emergencies or equipment failures? 4) If you are going for a second photographer, check their work and also check their experience level as well. 5) Is there a contract/agreement or written terms that clearly specify terms such as payment, delivery, what can be done and what cant be done, limits of liability etc. 6) Are there hidden charges such as travel, accommodation, shipping etc. These are some of the questions you need to ask.
