Since ive been back from Italy Ive been getting over a cold and flu I caught while in Calabria and trying to get back to my previous weight. unfortunately I feel too tired to workout so did a little yoga this morning. Here is my menu since ive been back. Breakfast Steel cut oatmeal with sliced banana and apple sprinkled with cinnamon and cocoa Snack Popping cold FX, vitamin C, drinking lots of water, herbal tea with raw honey & ginseng. oranges. Lunch Sweet potato mash with tuna and beets with flax oil. Was exhausted fell asleep and didnt have dinner Breakfast Freshly Juiced carrots, banana/egg and protein powder pancakes todays lunch; spinach, cherry tomato, sprouted mung beans, beets, leftover sweet potato mash, 13 mixed beans and 1/4 of steak. So long cheese, bread, pizza, pasta, pork and wine, it was a treat. Time to get my body back to routine.
