Since last 1 year i had been completely , very very very very :-) busy with my official commitments. Due to the commitments, i have been affected personally and not able keep in touch with my close ones. .....................i have received appreciations and awards from my bosses. But,..........the most important thing is ...........my colleagues (my grade) have questioned me.................This is what they asked me yesterday.........IF YOU ARE LEAVING THIS OFFICE ON TRANSFER (I was transfered to Director Generals Office..........but cancelled on request from my current employer) ...........AND IF THE WORKS HANDLED BY YOU ARE TO BE HANDED OVER TO US............THE SAME EXPECTATION WILL BE ON US ALSO......AND WE WILL BE UNDER PRESSURE....HOW CAN WE DO THE SAME HARDWORK................................ DONT ACT AS IF THE WHOLE OFFICE IS OVER YOUR HEAD OR DEPENDENT ON YOU They draw a cool salary of around 40 to 50k without doing any job and never want responsibilities. Just want to chit-chat in office. For many of them, their journey to and fro office is the only big project they have done in their official life. The net result what i have noticed from government employees (GE) is 90 PERCENT OF GEs 1. got a good job to lead a trouble free happy living. 2. expect everyone to be perfect and find fault with top politicians to bottom most casul labours and roadside vendors 3. expect their children to study well, and get placed in govt jobs, or abroad 4. need all the allowances and benefits given to GEs etc..............etc But they will never perform their duty for which they were appointed for. The message for them is ...................I am happy today because of the hard work and honesty of my parents................If i am not going to continue it.............my children are going to suffer. I surely want to pass on the PUNYA to my next generation............I will continue my hardwork. Those who are not doing so are at risk. Dont cry over spilt milk. GOVT EMPLOYEES JOB IS GODS JOB I pity them
