Since last thursday,I have been receiving many encouraging feedback after a great TV Talk on Africa 24 with Babylas BOTON. As a result, a good friend from Togo asked me what could be from my humble perspective the secret or key to happiness since he had the feeling that I was more happier today than in 2010 when I was JCI President!The secret is Contentment! A contented mind( peace of mind) is a great blessing.It is not what you have that makes you happy or unhappy;but how satisfied you are with what you have.That is why the richest person is not necessarely the one who possesses the most, but the one who is content with what he possess. Contentment is opposed to attachment,competition, comparaison, possessions... As we start this week, lets decide to be happy by adopting a simple life-style!RK
