Since some are already complaining regarding Cosplay Costume Shop., I also want to share with you guys my experience. I asked them to make me an Elsa gown (Frozen). The amount was 4,500. In HIGH QUALITY. They showed me a reference pic of what the costume would look like. Then I agreed to let them do it. I paid them 2,000 as down payment so they can buy the materials needed for the costume. And I told them that I will pay the other half when the costume is almost complete. Every week I kept on asking them for the update for the costume but they said they were very busy and they will post it on the next day. When they pmed me, they asked what my address is so they can ship the costume. I told them my address then I also paid them my remaining balance since the costume is finished even though they never showed me any update. Heres what I received: The costume looks very plain. The cloth used was very cheap and has the wrong color. The length of the costume was short. The waist looks very awkward that I looked pregnant in it. The slit was placed on the wrong side. I asked some fabric shops that are selling those kinds of fabric, they told it cost 40-60 pesos. If I were to add that, It wont even go up to 2,000 pesos. I told them that I wanted the whole costume remaked for a better quality of cloth. They said yes, I could ship my costume back once they have completed their pending orders. I pmed them once again, asking when I could ship back my costume. They told me that I need to buy the fabrics that I want to use. They told me that their labor will be free. I asked them why. Since they were the one who made the wrong costume. They said it was their FIRST TIME to have a complain like this. And they were sorry. I uploaded the screenshots of our transactions.
