Since the update to 1.6.1 many users of Serato DJ experience problems with connecting their midi controllers. All over the internet forums there are threads about : Error failing to connect midi controller. When visiting the serato support forums many users ask serato for help. Many threads are unanswered. When answered, users get standard solutions wich many users already tried without succes. Users bought expensive controllers and are unable to use them because of software issues by serato. Customer support provided by serato is low or absent. So we at EDM Broadcast ask Serato... what are you going to do to help your customers?
