Since we are ending our week, I like to wrap up our meditation week and mind body connection with a link to a Guided Kundalini awakening. This meditation is great for kicking anxiety and getting balanced. Youd feel calm and more confident and it gives you tools that you can use when you are around people who have negative energy. It is a total retreat. Go ahead, Light up some candles, find a quiet spot and take a few minuets to experience a beautiful journey. Please dont feel obligated to sit in the meditative position you can sit in a chair or even lay down, whatever is most relaxing for you. Youd thank yourself later. When you do it daily youd get better at it. You can live a creative few minutes... Take advantage of it!
