Since we started Lollys Locks, we have encountered recipients with various arrangements regarding wig coverage by insurance companies. Typically, insurance doesnt cover more than a small percentage of a wig if anything at all. Lately, recipients have been reporting a trend that is even more troubling to us: insurance policies that claim on their faces to provide full coverage for wigs but then present impossible road blocks when a cancer patient tries to take advantage of that benefit.
