Sing for Jesus, Pray for Peace, Make a Difference, Help our Children Sunday, December 7, 2014 It is with grateful hearts and a deep sense of blessing that we announce our 2014 Christmas Charity Concert with a special spotlight on Children of St. Marys who will sing for Children of Iraq. This not-to-be missed concert will sure to delight many hearts as over forty children will come together to joyfully sing and share the gift of our Savior, Jesus Christ and His message of Hope and Love to their brothers and sisters in Iraq. In recent months, tens of thousands of Christian families and children were forced to flee their homes and ancestral lands because of ISIS occupation and terror. Many escaped with little but their clothes on their back and are now living in makeshift tents or abandoned and unfinished buildings, facing rapidly falling temperatures and the coming of a harsh winter. In response to this devastation, there has been an outpouring of help and support from our church and communities throughout the world. Because of your continued generosity and support of our Christmas Charity Concerts in previous years, we are happy to share that in the last few months alone, we the faithful parishioners of St. Marys were able to send close to $20,000 in relief and aid to our displaced people. Our children are excited and thankful knowing that this year theyll be singing for their little brothers and sisters in Iraq and are asking for your support through the Concert Sponsorship opportunity available to any business, individual or family. Please extend your hands to those of our children and let us together deliver a small gesture of hope to our innocent angels who may not have a Christmas this year! Please see attached for the Concert Sponsorship form. For any questions or to register your sponsorship by the deadline of December 1, 2014, please contact Father Michael Barota or Jackie Bejan at 408-482-1949 or via email at jbejan@gmail. May God Bless you and keep our innocent people under His merciful Protection, Guidance and Light.
