Ltd., to enter into a joint venture to submit a tender initiated by the Urban Redevelopment Authority under the Government Land Sale Programme, to invest in the development of the land parcel located at Coronation Road, Singapore and to hold and develop the Coronation Project through a new joint venture company. The Company and Haiyi submitted the Tender for the Coronation Project on 20 June 2013.
