Singapores government is pretty open minded in science, and of course thats understandable for their economy investment. They disseminate information in public with education very EARLY in advance before any negative issue spreads so that when the negative issue does spread they are already armed with education. I remember when I lived there in early millennium, I met a friend who worked in a non-science related field on a metro after work and she told me shes on her way to a seminar about life science because her company encouraged her to go. Now see this video, Food Babe or other anti-chemical activists can as well go to such giant company but get out with a very different (probably dramatic type) of reportage with scary music and probably said this is filmed with a hidden camera.
