Sister NIcholsons most recent letter. Enjoy. Pictures to follow Wow, well, that subject kinda spoiled the fun ending news but yes Im getting transferred out of the Mesa View ward. Sad day, but also a happy day to see where I end up. But I do admit when you live in one place for 6 months you tend to collect a lot of stuff....Heres my last week in Mesa View 9/9/2014~ today, since we couldnt on p-day went through a car wash, because our car was DIRTY. That was fun :) We then taught Sister Jacobo, who is a less active single mom and were doing the 5 missionary lessons with her. We then were in charge of the youth activity and we did a Get to know your missionaries night :) it was quite fun, we did Pin the badge on the missionary and other fun activities. 9/10/2014~ So today, sadly we saw a missionary go home. But besides that we were able to finally visit Barbara, because shes been having a lot of doctors appointments so we havent been able to see her lately. We then had a lesson with the Dales, and they are doing great! We shared a scripture about the sacrament and invited them to come to church, sadly this week they had company coming so they didnt go, but hopefully next week! 9/11/2014~ Today we had some awesome lessons, First we saw Sister Chamberlin, who recently went through the temple for herself. We also saw Veronica Tanner, who is a less active who moved here to help her daughter who is also less active. Lastly we saw the Brockways, which is an older couple, the wife isnt a member and were hoping that through some more time shell be baptized, she just feels like her baptism is sufficient, not fully understanding the authority of the priesthood and stuff. 9/12/2014~ so today we had a lot of awkward moments, :) So we planned on visiting Calli Mann to see how she was doing because her dad said she was having a rough time with Brian, so we drove up and we saw her outside and we were like great! but a cop pulls up behind us and walks up to her. So we stayed in the car like the awkward people that we are and then drove and parked on another street. but after we left we looked back and saw 2 more cop cars and 3 cops, so (not knowing what was going on) were freaking out and asking the Elders what we should do. so we waited and made a trip around the neighborhood and when we got back to her house we saw that the cops were gone, so we talked with her and found out everything. So it wasnt some crazy mafia thing going on like we were thinking :) We then helped some members in the other ward move by packing up a large moving truck. that was quite exciting and after about 3 hours my wrist decided to cave in on me so I have been wearing by brace for a couple of days. But it was still fun ;) 9/13/2014~ Do today we played a water sport. We washed a Husky!!!! One of the Dales huskys decided to have a mud bath so she needed a bath and we were able to help her out, and man did she shake the water off :) XD We then had dinner with the McCools and afterward as we were walking out and to our car we saw Cherrie again, who has been an investigator for a long time and we were able to set a time to get a picture and lesson with her!!! We then stopped by the Ims to get pictures with their family, explaining that our transfer calls were that night and wanted pictures :) we then saw Tony Spackman who is a less active single guy and we just stood and talked at his door since we couldnt go in. But he said he would come to church :) And like the subject of this email says I am getting transferred. But just before that fated call the family we helped move out gave us their extra couch. So now we have a couch :) its super comfortable and stuff :) 9/14/2014~ wow, I never realize how many people I know until I start getting pictures from them :) Today was just us running around crazy getting pictures from whomever we could :) Well thats all for this week folks!! next week youll hear where I am to be sent to tomorrow :) :)
