I have one sister with 3 young children, who left an unsavoury situation in Bradford, having nowhere secure to go. She has been staying with me for the past couple of months so that she could attain some emotional stability, regain her equilibrium and have some support with her children. Al hamdu lillāh she is now ready to move into a property of her own with her children in shā Allāh Taāla. Ideally, she requires somewhere close by me in shā Allāh Taāla. We have looked at a few properties and are still in the process of securing one that fulfills all the necessary requirements. We expect to find something suitable soon in shā Allāh Taāla, as we are awaiting a second viewing for a couple of properties. The sister is entitled to full housing benefit and reduced council tax etc. The council will not, however, provide the funds £1400 for the deposit, which is compulsory. If I were in a position to pay this for her without placing myself in greater difficulty than she is currently in, I would not be seeking your assistance in the matter, wa Allāhu Alam. Once a property has been secured, there is also the issue of transporting her belongings from Bradford to Luton, into the new accommodation in shā Allāh Taāla. I have kindly been given access to a Sprinter van for this, but a driver and manpower is required in shā Allāh Taāla.
