Sittin in the laundromat washin clothes, and theres a lady who I kept lookin at; I knew her from the past! Low and behold I finally walk over and say pardon my curiosity; but didnt you run the Melody Shop? And she nods and says why yes we did for 36 years! Ill be damned; I was that little boy who used to go behind the counters for Elvis cassettes! She remembered me then! She gave me her business card and said they still have the cassettes and singles if I was interested to give a call one weekend! Such a nice lady they ran the greatest music shop ever in Tyler Texas! Hell even Waylon bought guitars from them over the years
